The rapid development of information technology has encouraged various agencies and companies to have web-based information systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of information delivery. This research aims to design and build a web-based public service information system in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), which can provide information more effectively to the public and support company transparency. The approach used in this research is waterfall, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This system is designed using web framework-based technology with database support for structured data management. The result of this research is an information system that is able to display company information interactively, including company profiles, services offered, and related news and announcements. Based on the test results, this system can increase the accessibility of information for users, accelerate the process of disseminating information, and provide convenience in managing company profile content. With this system, it is expected that companies in the ICT sector can be more optimal in presenting information to their customers and business partners in a professional and transparent manner.
