Therefore, a website-based inventory information system is needed that can simplify the data collection process and increase operational efficiency. This research aims to design, test and implement an inventory information system at Sahabat Bakery. The methods used are the waterfall method and Unified Modeling Language modeling. The system designed is expected to simplify stock management of raw materials and finished products, as well as increase operational efficiency. Next, testing is carried out to ensure the system functions properly, before full implementation is carried out at Sahabat Bakery to support the smooth running of business activities. The result of this research is an inventory information system designed to help record stock, search for data more quickly, and make it easier to create incoming and outgoing stock reports. The conclusion of this research is that a website-based inventory information system can increase the efficiency of stock management at Sahabat Bakery, reduce recording errors, and speed up access to data. With this system, it is hoped that data management of incoming and outgoing goods can run more optimally and support overall data reporting.
